Our gift bag orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 weeks. Whilst we try to dispatch your items sooner this isn’t always possible. If you would like your order before the 2 week dispatch date please contact us before you place your order to check that this is possible.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. We encourage customers to order within plenty of time to ensure that any delays with Royal Mail don't affect your special occassion.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personalised items. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Please note you must check your order within 7 days of receiving it to qualify for any refunds or replacements.
