Can I wash the labelled drinkware?

All drinkware is sent out with specialist care instructions. They are wipe clean ONLY and cannot be left to soak.

What do I do if my order is missing/late to arrive/says delivered but it is not here?

Please contact us if your order has not arrived in the expected time.

Check your tracking number on Royal Mail's Tracking system on their website:

We send all our items tracked, if your order has been delivered there will be a photograph for evidence.

Can I have a different coloured vinyl that is not shown on the options?

Please contact us if you would like a different colour vinyl writing to those we currently offer. We will always try to help & accommodate.

Can I change the names on the Tshirts e.g Aunty & Uncle Just Got Married?

Yes you can have anything on the Tshirts. Please contact us or write your chosen personalisation in the personalisation box when ordering!

Can I change the message on the proposal box?
