If you are looking to place a large order and your colour scheme isn't listed, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Please write in the personalisation box the name you would like written on your cup/s. Please also write in the personalisation box the role (if applicable) and the shape you would like to have on the cup/s.

Personalised Cold Cup
Cold Cup orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 weeks. Whilst we try to dispatch your items sooner this isn’t always possible. If you would like your order before the 2 week dispatch date please contact us before you place your order to check that this is possible.
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. We encourage customers to order within plenty of time to ensure that any delays with Royal Mail don't affect your special occassion.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personalised items. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please note you must check your order within 7 days of receiving it to qualify for any refunds or replacements.
