Bracelets orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. We encourage customers to order within plenty of time to ensure that any delays with Royal Mail don't affect your special occassion.
If you no longer need the item you have received, you have 14 days to return it to us. The item will need to be returned to us in the condition it was sent out in. Postage is to be paid for by the buyer.
